Miami right now, they are on the cusp of the playoffs.

They are in the last playoff position at number seven.

They have a starting quarterback that they drafted fifth overall, who's got nine touchdowns and one pick and two atunga Vailoa.

They have a culture in place. They did some great shopping on the free agent market.

They are heading in the right direction by all accounts.

Now, forget about how long it took him to get there.

No one cares.

No one cares relative to this conversation where the Patriots have been and what they've

done over the last 20 years.

The bottom line is, if you're a Patriots fan, you want to know, okay, how long am I going

to be in purgatory and do I do what the Miami Dolphins did to get out?
