And at the same time, I'm sorry that you have to listen to this show.

I mean, it is a show about difficult relationships and difficulties in relationships. And I talk a lot about emotionally abusive behavior. That's the very common

theme in love and abuse. And when you have to listen to a show like this, obviously something's

going on in a relationship that you care about. At least that's

what most people listen to this show, listen to it for because they care about the relationship

that they're in and they just wish the other person cared enough to want to work through the

issues as well. And so this is what I try to help you do.

To help you work through the issues, try to understand them, try to figure out how to

communicate better or get somebody else to hear you, to understand you.

That can be very difficult in some relationships.
