How do you know when you've created a habit? Fitness is hard. It's physically difficult, but mentally, I think that's where the biggest challenge is.

And job number one, when you begin a brand new fitness journey, is simply creating a habit.

And if you're just getting started, the first thing that needs to happen is you need to create a habit, a daily habit, or a consistent habit.
