B. Sorries Jr. is here. Hello. Hello, how are you? Good, good. So I'm reading the four agreements, which I'm doing now.

I've made a commitment since last year to start January reading that as my first book.

Okay.

And the first agreement is to be impeccable with your word.

So I'm just talking about the lies that I tell myself.

Like the first person you got to be impeccable is with yourself, right?

And I was sharing with the folk how, you know, I was negotiating with myself not going to the gym, something small.

And I was negotiating saying, you know, you can make it up tomorrow.

You can go later.

But I said I was going to do it out of my mouth.

So I had to do it. And I did. And I've never regret it going to the gym after I got. I've always had a reason not to go. But when I've gone, I've never regretted it. As I'm like, why did I even have this back and forth? But this is the year that I'm going to, if I say a thing out of my mouth, I got to do it. And so I was reading your book, say yes to no debt. And the wording of that

is powerful because usually we're saying no to things. So I know you were intentional to walk us

through with the say yes to know, because it's awkward to say yes to no debt but i know you did

that on purpose it is so awkward karen that often when people introduce me when i'm about to give a

speech they will fumble it and say that he's the author of a book called say say yes to debt

because they're so accustomed to the opposite of that awkwardness, right?
