this documentary that I just saw on Vimeo.

I recommend wearing headphones and staring deep into your computer screen so that you can

receive the full healing

of this documentary. It's a whole experience, friends, a whole experience. I feel so privileged

to have watched it because it is about these people who go to a place I think think it's called the bridge, and just a group of strangers who make themselves very vulnerable to a couple of facilitators who walk them through this healing journey where they have to share this deep personal stuff with the group and really with themselves for the first

time they are unearthing these deep things that are hidden in the shadows and hidden in the

secret chambers of their bodies and these things are released and i can't even tell you all the emotions I went through watching this.

I just wanted to be so present for it and to really witness what these people were sharing

because that is so brave to do that in front of cameras.

And it reminds me so much of the time that I spent studying method acting. It was

actually just a lot like that. And I recently heard an interview with Athena Calderon. If you

don't know who she is, she's like a lifestyle guru. She does the food. She does the beautiful interiors. I did not know

that she studied method acting back in the day and she was in an episode of sex in the city.

But I learned this listening to this interview and she was talking about how when she was

studying method acting, it ripped her up. It brought up too many deep things, brought them to

the surface and it was just too disturbing and that was not what she wanted to do with her life.
