Hey friend, we are here and going to start with one of our reviews on iTunes today and it says this podcast has been a lifesaver in my current time.

I made discovery about a month ago and my partner and I are in a process of a

therapeutic separation moving toward full disclosure. I have no idea if we will survive.

This podcast is giving me so many tools in case I decide Tuesday, but even if I don't stay I'm gaining tools from an ongoing

wellness and recovery really truly so grateful thank you.

Awesome. I love this because I think that's a question that we get so much is like well my

situation's not the same as yours so what should I do and the answer is the same

right like keep doing the same stuff. Right. Because either way you got a you got a hill right?

And most of the topics we talk about are pretty broad and yeah, you know a lot of people that listen to our podcasts,
