And that's what's going to happen today, we're going to talk life with a side of running.

I wanted to do this episode, I've done iterations of this throughout the years, but I wanted

to come back to it because this question always makes me giggle.

It makes someone ready to run a marathon, where we are in terms of like timeline of as

I'm recording this, it's early spring, very early spring, at the badass lady gang, we are

getting ready for our fall marathon training experience, which is, I would say like one

of our biggest training experiences of the year, just in terms of like participants

and it's 20 weeks long, which is incredible, it's a very long, long span of time, it's almost

a half of a year, and that's not to say that that's how long the training takes, but

we this year decided to make it that long because last year, everybody runs marathons

in the fall at different times, sometimes they run in September and October and November,

some people do it in December and January, and it's like one of the best parts about these

training experiences that we do with training with the badass lady gang is that you spend

a significant amount of time training and working alongside all of these incredible badass

women of like all different shapes, sizes, backgrounds, athletic levels, and some people

are seasoned marathoners, others are first timers, some people get hurt and injured and don't

make it to race day, other people have life events come up and don't make it to race day,

other people persevere through just like tumultuous training because of life, and other people

just have like incredible training builds, and it doesn't matter, the training experience
