0:18.6	okay so my dad died uh years ago, and my mom started, he left properties and assets.
0:28.1	So my mom, we're three kids now in the age of 50, around 50.
0:33.8	So my mom started managing the properties.
0:37.9	Does she not?
0:38.6	Did your mom own them at that time?
0:42.7	When your dad died, did he leave all the property to your mom?
0:47.3	Okay, we're talking about six properties.
0:49.4	Two are jointly owned with my brothers.
0:52.1	My mom, in Argentina, when the spouse dies, 50% is for, it's complicated,
0:58.5	Dave. 50 to my mom and the other 50 belongs to the three of us. Two properties are like that.
1:04.9	Okay. And then two were in an LLC, which are about to be putting in a title for my brothers, my two brothers.
1:16.5	They live in Argentina.
1:17.9	I live here in the U.S., right?

1:22.8	Correct, yes.

1:24.8	So, okay, so my mother started managing them first.
1:28.9	Then my youngest brother started managing and putting most of the money in his pocket.
1:34.2	Then in one of my trips that was raised to me by my middle brother,
1:40.2	and they both started managing the properties, pocketing most of the money themselves, right?
