So tell me, Mike, you've been studying this for a long time. What first got you hooked

on studying questions related to the New Testament canon and how that came together?

Yeah, my story is is kind of interesting. how that came together.

Yeah, my story is kind of interesting in the sense that,

you know, it started very young when I was at college

at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

Some may have heard the story in my other conversations,

but when I was an undergraduate, I found myself in a religion class

on the New Testament.

And I was a committed Christian.
