0:07.0	This is a leadership universal principle founded on the character of God.
0:11.7	So, welcome to Trinity Church.
0:15.1	There is one God, three persons, singular headship, the father, plural leadership, the father, son, and spirit.
0:23.2	They do everything in agreement, they work together, but the father is the singular head.
0:28.7	And even the language of God the father and God the son, it denotes headship.
0:33.3	Father is over a son.
0:35.0	They are equal, but when it comes to leadership,
0:38.4	the father is the singular head
0:39.9	and the Trinity is the plural leadership.
0:42.1	The way God designed your family,
0:44.5	there's a singular head.
0:45.8	Who is that?
0:46.7	The father, the husband.
0:49.3	Plural leadership, who are the leaders?
0:52.0	Dad and mom.
0:52.9	That's why the Bible says, obey your mother and father.
0:56.0	They're both leaders.
0:57.9	So in every situation, when there is a trial,
1:01.0	there's a circumstance, the question is, who's the head?
