But it's bubbling back up into the news at the moment because in the last few weeks, Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence for the Trump administration, has been releasing evidence to suggest that Barack Obama and other Democrats engaged in what she calls a treasonous conspiracy to derail and destroy the first Trump presidency.
