If you're doubting yourself, it's because you're trying to think that you're

trying to admit you're making this way more complex than it needs to be.

That's right.

So choose one thing to do.

And this goes with dieting.

It goes with fitness.

It goes to anything.

Choose one thing to do and master that first.

And then you'll get confident, right?

Like when I, the six months when I went to every food show, I only found one ingredient

But every ingredient that came, it fit in that puzzle.

And finally at the end, that puzzle is complete.

And I think that's how entrepreneurship and that journey happens.

It's slowly building your confidence.

You're never going to be super confident in one day or one week.

It's just completely unrealistic. It takes one free
