So let's talk about what was your life like before you got into real estate. Oh, that's a good one, man. I'm trying to think back now. It's been about seven or eight years, so it's kind of hard to think back.

Like, I remember so much anxiety, I feel like, every month. You know, I was making good money. I was in sales. I was the top sales guy. Every company I was in. So I was, you know, six figures, buttoned up against $200,000, which in Green Bay, you know, Wisconsin at a time.

You can buy a lot for $200,000 a year, but I'd still look at it. And I'm like, man, it still feels like I can't get ahead, right? And for me, going way back in my past, money's a, money for me was a fear operation. We grew up without a lot of money. only thing my parents ever thought about that I remember was money.
