All right, we are back. This is the 26th edition, I believe, of the long run archives.

Before we get started, though, something not related to the long run archives.

We are closing down registration for Twisted Fork on Sunday, May 18th at midnight.

We have nine spots left in the 30K and 11 spots left in the 15k, 68K, which Brett is racing and which I

wanted Jeff to run sold out. So if you have any intention to run this year, do it because we are

closing the doors May 18th and then sending out orders for shirts and bibs and customizing all

that stuff. So a couple days.

With that, this is a cool episode.

Brett and I have kind of been dreaming about this format for a while or at least riffing on it.

But the idea is you come into a long run archives episode and there is basically no script.

Each of us brings three to four ideas to the show.

The other co-hosts have no idea what they're bringing. And who knows, it leads to maybe a more interesting conversation. We'll see. So we'll do

that for the majority of the show. But first, Kocodona 250, our takeaways. Maybe Jeff, starting with

you, did watching this motivate you or steer you anywhere closer to doing a multi-day race,

or are you just happily a fan of this stuff?

Definitely a fan of this stuff.

It was really cool following along this year.

I think when I envisioned myself doing any multi-day effort,

it's more long trail or like linking up

different trails throughout New Hampshire oriented as opposed to a race. But I think,

who knows, that could change. I've definitely gotten some, some harsh words from my wife about

not considering something like Kokadona after how long the live stream went on for. But it was super fun to follow.
