SI.com, the Monday morning quarterback, long time buddy of mine. He's done such a fantastic job.

Getting himself so deep into the NFL and the level of reporting.

Albert, welcome. First thing I want to jump into is your conversation with Jaden Daniels after the Washington

commanders win the other day.

He said to you that once they fell behind and during the latter portions of that game,

they had one thing in mind and one thing only.

That was to be full-on attack mode. Jaden Daniels saying there really

wasn't any coaching points or anything. We were in four-down territory the whole way. Let's go

win the football game. Explain to me what that meant in the context of that rookie quarterback

with a rookie coaching staff and contrast that with the way the Patriots are working with Drake May.

Why is it so different?

Yeah, I think it's been from the start, attack, attack, attack, and lean into, you know,

what Jaden Daniels does well.

And, you know, I think if you look back at the timeline of it, Dan Quinn probably had a little bit of an advantage in knowing, okay, in all likelihood, Caleb Williams is going to be off the table.

And, you know, so we're going to have our choice of the other quarterbacks. And I think it was pretty quickly. They determined that Jaden Daniels was their guy. and they were able to bring in an offensive coordinator

who I think would ease the transition for him. Here's the other thing too, Tom. I think the reps thing

really does matter. And I think this is something that came to light a couple years ago when

Brock Purdy had so much success as a rookie. he played a lot in college, was a four-year
