0:54.2	Mike Greer has clearly heard the concerns about his hockey team and he says,

1:00.3	He's been a very busy guy, tied to Landria, Barclay, Jake Waldrow, Jake Waldron,
1:05.3	Karl Grunstrom, Igor Afenezhev, and he swap picks to move up to pick 11.
1:10.8	He's probably not done revamping this roster, but what do you make overall of the moves to

1:18.7	Well, I think at this, you know, he wants to sort of try to build an identity to this team.
1:23.6	I mean, you think back to the way Mike Greer played as a player.
1:27.8	And I think he wants to have this Sharks team sort of have that sort of identity,
1:31.6	that same identity, that same sort of mindset and approach.
1:34.9	And so you bring in some blue-colored type players like a Barclay Goodro and a Ty D'Landrian and Carl Grunstrow.
