Listen, listening to you talk kind of goes back to the reason why I'm calling.

I can't hear it over and over. So there's there's a quality or a trait that I have that I'm really I've worked on for many years to get rid of or to figure out how to deal with it.

It's my mind races a lot. I'm just a very fast thinker. It's kind of the way I operate.

And so the two areas that it affects me mainly is liking communication. I really hate that when I get excitable or especially if it's I'm talking to somebody I have a tendency to over talk to interrupt.

I'll say this a lot to my husband. I'm not interrupting. It's just that I need to respond to what you're saying.

And so it's like I feel like I have to get it out. And and also that comes out to like when mainly with my husband like if we're interacting with each other and he's talking he's a slow talker.

And so I'll react to something that he says immediately and then he calls it interrupting which it is.
