0:56.3	My question is, how can I step away from a friendship without hurting my friend's feelings?

1:13.6	Well, I'm a recovering people pleaser.

1:17.7	And I recognize that about myself.
1:21.4	And I really care about my friends.
1:25.8	I don't have many superficial friendships. And so, but as,
1:31.7	you know, as we grow and change and evolve, sometimes, you know, I grow at a different
1:37.7	rate than my friends do. And it's just, you know, I love and care about them, but it's just not
1:42.6	a helpful relationship for me anymore.
1:45.1	Sometimes it is detrimental.
1:47.5	And so, like, I don't want to hurt them.
1:49.7	I don't want them to feel like I don't care about them anymore or anything like that.
