0:11.1	is very hard. I was sent a message by a mother who they had lost their three-year-old girl

0:30.7	In fact, there is something of a stage of accountability, or you might put it this way,
0:35.7	there's a stage of when we're not accountable and then later we are. But the question was, you know, but my daughter was three.
0:43.4	How does this apply to a three-year-old? And this is like, oh, this is really hard to discuss,
0:48.7	hard to even think about. But my heart goes out to the parents that are struggling with this kind of issue.
0:55.7	They're thinking about this sort of thing because they have lost a four or a five or an eight or a 12 or 15 or whatever.
1:02.0	And there's no like way that I can actually answer this question fully sufficiently.
1:07.7	I just have to start by confessing my insufficiency. I'm insufficient to fully
1:12.1	address this question. It's in God's purview to know and to do the right thing. And it is
1:17.6	ours to try to struggle to figure out what that is and what he's doing and try to comfort each other's
1:22.6	hearts when there's things that are, oh man, that are just heart wrenching and destructive.
1:28.9	So admitting my insufficiency, here's some thoughts on this.
1:32.8	I'll first give you guys five reasons why you should think kids is just a summary,
1:36.8	and then I'll talk about how old is too old kind of question.
1:39.9	So I'm going to approach this kind of like an intellectual question because the heart can sometimes grab onto intellectual answers where you go, these are just facts.
1:49.0	And then my heart goes, okay, I can feel more comforted by that because it's everywhere.
