set and done at the end of the year, Braylin Come from the great state of California. Brailin recently

won the Nike Indoor Nationals Mile title, and she also helped to win the state DMR national title by anchoring the mile leg

even faster that she won her mild title all by herself.

Remarkable performances, remarkable athlete, remarkable progression.

You missed NXN last year, the national meet, and since then, you've been on a tear.

How much did missing that meat motivate you

oh my gosh it was so frustrating i think definitely worst thing to happen to me but also best thing

to happen to me because like it was kind of just a feeling that i never want to go through again

and missing that with my team was one thing. And then I still thought

there was a chance that I could make it individually because they do like a merge. And then I missed

that. And then last year was the first year that they stopped doing the individual at larges

around the country. And so that was a bummer. I thought that wasn't happening. And then they did do at large as and I missed it again. So it was just kind of a big bummer. But I think the most important thing, like there was a lot of things I could have been upset about. There were so many like ways I fell short of it. But like the bottom line was that I fell short. And I had just as much of like a chance to go as anyone

else so I think the best thing to come out of that was just like realizing that um it's just on me
