I think you need to do this for people that are way more senior.

And I think you can have a lighter version for people that are 50, 60 grand or so

because you still want to keep the talent bar high.

But if I were you, I just go figure out

how we can hire some of these people

from Andresen-Horowitz, you know,

and run that process.

Because I think what they did was they probably

just hired the best of the best recruiters in the world

and because they're entries in Horowitz, you know what I mean?

And they also know they can do that because they're entries in Horowitz.

The I totally agree with you on just poaching their people.
