effect because you've got to go into, well, there are more child psychiatrists now, and we've

improved our special education, and they broaden the criteria, and, you know, families aren't

living in groups like they used to

in rural areas where there was more social

support. And we're

counting cases better. And

on and on and on.

And all of those things are

what act in concert. But the
