Actress Ashley Greene and her sister-in-law Olivia founded Hummingway after dealing with frustrating hormonal imbalances. The company’s first product, the Cycle Soother, is a patch that works to eliminate menstrual pain in a natural way, even before it starts. The company also features an educational platform called The Regular, to help everyone discover how to address our unique bodies throughout our whole cycle. The goal is to create something called whole cycle wellness where they take into account every phase of your menstrual cycle (not just the bleed) and de-stigmatize the conversation around it.
