| 0:55.0 | However, when approached in the way that most of us are approaching our interaction with AI, |
| 1:01.0 | we have emerging evidence that is actually causing significant and swift cognitive decline. |
| 1:09.0 | And so this is impacting our brains in a very detrimental way. And with that said, |
| 1:14.5 | if our conversation and our mandate and our mission is going to be around longevity, along with |
| 1:21.2 | disease prevention and protecting our invaluable brain and cognitive abilities, |
| 1:28.3 | along with creating the life that we truly want to create, |
| 1:31.3 | we've got to support, protect, and also cultivate |
| 1:37.3 | the ability of our brains to grow and to develop. |
| 1:41.3 | And there are certain ingredients that are essential. They're required. |
| 1:46.7 | It's like making a recipe. If you don't have these particular ingredients, your cake's not going to |
| 1:51.8 | turn out too good. If you don't have the flour and instead you use Plato, you're going to have |
| 1:57.6 | a very different meal situation showing up. |
| 2:02.7 | And with all this said, and with the complexity of this, |
| 2:06.9 | I actually connected with a theoretical neuroscientist |
| 2:11.7 | who has decades of experience in the domain of AI. |
| 2:18.3 | She's actually behind some of the most remarkable inventions in utilizing AI in the treatment for a variety of illnesses. |
