In this episode, I talk about shifting your perspective when you have a bad day. You've heard me say, time is our most valuable commodity. Well think of it this way...if you had $86,400 and someone stole $60, would you throw away $86,340 for revenge? Or move on and live? We all have 86,400 seconds every day. DON'T let someone's negative 60 seconds ruin the remaining 86,340.

Hello, everyone. I wanted to bring a quick thought to you and what I would consider just some quick tips or quick strategies on shifting your day.

I'd think that a lot of people right now, it's normal to maybe have a bad day, you know, to get complacent or feel stressed or feel worried or feel angry or feel fearful.

But I think the one word that we all have to realize is a super powerful word is that's

perspective, right?

Perspective can remind us that it could be worse.

Perspective gives us the ability to shift our emotions to either empower us or disempower us,

right? And our emotions have an effect on our momentum. And to me, momentum is a huge word.

And different people can create different momentums in their life based on their perspective.

You can literally create a negative momentum.

You know, have you ever heard someone says, oh, I mean, this day just couldn't get any worse.

And then guess what happens?

We have to be careful of what we ask for.

We have to be careful of how we speak to ourselves because momentum can affect us from a from a positive or a negative

but the perspective that we have on what's happening in our lives or on any given day

gives us power to control that environment and so just remember that perspective you, is the very definition of life happens for us.

It's a great example of perspective.
