for quite a while actually contemplating the topic I want to introduce to you for the week today.

And it occurred to me that I have the topic for the week already, and actually my husband reminded me of it

this morning. I just feel a little bit of resistance to make this a topic for the whole week

because it's something that I really, really struggle with. But this is a practice of self-care.

Practice, meaning we journey there. It's not about arriving to that final

place and then having everything be easy, but continuing to work toward feeling better in

different areas of our lives. So my loves, also in honor of this season and this month in

particular, this week, we are going to focus on sleep.

Why? Why at this time? Why in the middle of November? Why are we focusing on sleep right now?

So this time of year, if you live in the northern hemisphere, when things are so dark,
