Some Hall of Fame news, Joe Jacoby is on the list of nine senior candidates now still in the running for the 2026 senior category Hall of Famer.

A blue ribbon committee reduced the list down to nine from 34 candidates.

From here, the committee will cut down the list to three finalists who will advance to voting

by the full selection committee to be conducted before the Super Bowl in February.

So this is the list for those of you not following it that Jake is now on.

The other players on this list include, here's the list. Ken Anderson, quarterback Cincinnati,

many people thought that Anderson, like Jake, should have perhaps been in the Hall of Fame

during the modern era opportunity.

Ken Anderson, a four-time pro bowlers, started for the Bengals from 71 to 86.

He was the league MVP in 81.

Ken Anderson was a really good NFL quarterback.

I've always felt like he was certainly and should have been

in the conversation for a Hall of Famer. Roger Craig's on that list. Henry Ellard, who played here,

at the end of his career is on the list. Elsie Greenwood is on the list. Stanley Morgan, Steve Tasker,

Otis Taylor, Eddie Madure, who played in the 50s and 60s, and then Jake.

Jake, you know, 13-year career with the skins, three Super Bowl, three-time Super Bowl winner,

two-time All-Pro named to the Pro Bowl, four consecutive years from 83 to 86,

and of course, a part of

perhaps the most famous offensive line, certainly one of them of all time, The Hogs.

You know, I look at this list, if you're wondering what I think about this.

I think that Ken Anderson and Roger Craig are going to be seriously considered.

Steve Tasker, maybe even to a certain degree, is one of the best special teams players,
