is Callum Kent. Calum is the author of Riding for Deliveroo, Resistance in the New Economy. He's also

the head of communications at momentum and an editor at

notes from below. Callum is one of the people who's been on my list of guests who I wanted to have on

the show from the very beginning. So I'm really happy that I was finally able to have him on,

and we could chat about his fascinating book and the other work that he's been doing about

how work has been

changing in the service economy and what that means for the workers who are doing that work.
