I'll be lying if I say that the healthcare profession is going to remain the same as it is right now.

Ultimately everything in healthcare and medicine moves at the speed of trust.

The wait time is six weeks or whatever to see a primary care doctor.

If you can get expert medical guidance and advice, why should it be that way?

How do we use AI to make that more immediate and available where you are?

I'm mostly motivated by trying to solve these problems, giving people the options,

and also be very precise and rigorous about what these technologies are meant for.

You're writing the future, right?

It's our collective responsibility to make sure that the future that actually manifests

is much more efficient use of the human attention and the human time that we have in the healthcare system.

What we really want to do is bring forward the future of science and medicine.

Develop these incredible new interventions and therapies and cures for diseases and unlocking longevity.

what is the intersection of large language models and biomedicine?

We are entering this very interesting era where I think AI is going to profoundly transform

the landscape of science and medicine over here.

And so what that means is two things. One is making all the scientific advancements and the

discoveries that allow us to like better treat diseases and also like unlock the secrets of

like longevity and aging and things like that.
