0:07.0	If you're not it's not too late the 72 hour fast was a challenge I put out last Friday
0:12.0	with a bunch of benefits that will happen from you not
0:15.5	eating for 72 hours and only consuming water. But from that standpoint I have some
0:22.4	additional mental clarity that I need to share with you.
0:26.2	And specifically, you, the one that's stuck, the one that's stuck.

0:45.0	The one that attends a seminar from time to time shows up for a webinar. Grab some information, but can't seem to put together the pieces in a way that makes a meaningful,

0:59.8	the one that starts running in a direction only to pivot 30 days later and pick up the next
1:06.2	wave of whatever's exciting and sexy and fun. I'm speaking to you, the one that can't seem to ever fully commit all the way in to any one thing.
1:20.0	I'm speaking to you from a place of understanding where you are at because I used to be in your seat. I used to be listening through the same ears that you're hearing me from,
1:38.4	and I want to share something with you that will change where you're going if you simply listen.
1:44.0	Those things that I shared with you that I know are defining pieces of who you are
1:51.4	are crippling from time to time aren't they?
1:55.0	I mean you literally sit here and you compare yourself to everyone else that seems to be getting it more rapidly than you are.
2:06.0	You sit there and you watch on social media as someone is sharing all their wins,
2:10.0	right, the massive success they're having. The vacation they took, the new car they've just
2:15.3	bought, the house, the jewelry. Of course what you don't see is the turmoil behind the scenes or the fact that they finance the car or the juries on a credit card or the vacation is over leveraged.
2:31.0	You don't see those things. You simply see the fact that you don't believe you to be growing at the same rate that they are
2:38.0	And my friend there's a good chance you are not I would venture to say if you're doubting if you are growing as fast as they are it's
2:46.0	probably because you know you are not you are bullshitting yourself with what you are
