Summary

Vanessa Chaput was jogging in Ontario, Canada when she was confronted by three grizzly bears. She chose to not give up and survived; ten days later, she has now been released from the hospital. This young mother’s refusal to die powerfully illustrates Nietzsche’s reflection I quoted earlier this week: “He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.” Today we look at three ways to discovering your “why” in life.
