My guest today is a military veteran. His name is Stephen Fow. I've had the great pleasure of getting a known Stephen over the last few weeks in the Flip Lifestyle community on our member calls and in my Roundtable coaching program.

Stephen has a membership and a couple different websites and Facebook pages helping

NCOs, non-commissioned officers in the military, in the Army, advance their careers and

take their personal journey on to the next level. As I said earlier, he was in the military for 20 years. He's going to tell you all about his story. Stephen is a fascinating guy. And he has worked so hard not only to launch his membership, but he's got his first members. He just hit 40 people in his membership. And we're going to tell you how he did it and what he needs to do next to grow that thing to

100, 200, 300 members and beyond. On today's podcast, we're going to talk about how Stephen

locked in and found his winning idea for his online business. I love asking people the question,

what do you know that nobody knows you know? And sometimes the answer to that question is hiding

in plain sight. I know when

Stephen tells you how he came up with his idea, everybody listening to the podcast today is going to

start looking around their room. I'm not going to go into any more detail, but you're going to

figure it out when it happened. We're also going to talk about the one thing Stephen changed in his

entire business model that kind of shook the apple tree and made those apples start falling off the limbs, how he started actually getting members to join his membership site.
