Okay. teams. Let's get started. Well, hi everyone and welcome to the fifth anniversary. I can't believe it's the fifth anniversary of my podcast, development in action which for those of you who

have been with me since day one five years ago knows that it was called finding your way through

therapy just to go like like i i don't know where to start this is a video because i've it's a

solo episode i haven't done those in a while it just want to say basically what I need to say. So stick around. There will be some stuff that's really important for you guys. But let me start off with the first thing is that you don't listen to podcasts a whole lot. Then you listen to mine. I really appreciate that. listen you know i've got a lot of downloads that's certainly not grown exponentially i'm not jo

rogan by any stretch of the imagination thank god for that for some people and for some others why not

me for those of you who know me. But that's why I do the podcast. I didn't do this to,

I still enjoy it five years later, but I do it for your listeners because I think, first of all, mental health is the most important thing in the world.
