I get business reports every day headquarters moving

Divisions closing divisions opening mergers acquisitions new developments

None of it's happening within the city of Houston and almost none of it

It's happening within Harris County

The people who are investing big money the long term

Are not betting on Houston or Harris County

If we're fortunate for the reason region we keep them in the region

And we don't lose them to a more stable political and economic environment

But that means they go to the woodlands

Those are the areas that are booming right now
