and we got a great show on tap here. We are meeting with Steve Geringer. He is the CEO board member

of NHS Greater Berks, which is Neighborhood Housing

Services, and we are really excited to find out all about the neighborhood housing services.

And actually, the name of the show is called Housing for All, because I got to tell you,

they really, really are able to accomplish that in many ways, which is pretty incredible.

So Steve, thanks for coming in here today.

Yeah, thank you for having it. Yes. Awesome. So, yes, so you are, let's go a little bit of history on you,

because I was looking at your resume or actually your information online, and you went to Penn State.

Yes. Got a degree from there. Yes. Did some classes, leadership classes at the University of

Pennsylvania. Correct. Okay. And then you even did some leadership classes at Harvard University.

Yeah. It was all just great opportunities for different. That's a big one. That's a big deal. That's a big

deal. Because, I mean, everybody, when you hear Harvard, I mean, it's like, you know, we start, I started thinking I had it like, you know, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, okay, that's good.

But also, even more important, you're a Navy veteran.

Yes, correct.

Which is amazing, and I love that.

So you were on a ship? The USS Clifton Sprague, FFG 16, it's a, it was commissioned, I believe, in 1982 or 83.
