It is, and I have to say I'm especially excited to get today's show over with

because we've been working up to today's show for the past two or three days,

and I've been anticipating telling you guys the punchline to the last two radio shows that we've done.

You know, we've been talking a lot in the past, well, really this

week. We've been talking a lot about the fact that a lot of you are telling me about and telling

Julie about and telling all of our great coaches about the fact that you're starting to see cracks

in the foundation of housing in your individual markets. And Julie, I know you have a great story

from Robert Chance, one of our coaches. Actually, you know what? It's a perfect time to tell it, so jump right in. Okay, so let me just kind of revamp what he was telling me. Now, Robert is both

an agent, a team leader, and a great coach for us in San Diego. So I always enjoy hearing

boots on the street accounts of what's going on out there. He personally went door knocking.

You know we like our coaches to be in the thick of it along with you guys so that they go through what you go through.
