| 0:25.0 | So it's a really good question, so a lot of people starting out, they haven't been doing a formal program before, |
| 0:29.7 | or maybe they've just kind of dabbled with a little bit of walking on treadmill or doing a little |

| 0:34.8 | So I think the question is, should you just do weights or should you just do cardio if you're getting |

| 0:43.6 | look towards what the long-term benefits and so I'd love to say if you can just |
| 0:48.1 | even do body weight-based workouts or cable-based workouts or some type of |
| 0:51.6 | resistance-based workouts but keeping your heart rate up |

| 0:57.4 | So if I had to choose between the two, I would absolutely choose that. |
| 1:00.1 | I would do a round of exercises, one, two, three, four, five at most exercises in a circuit or triset, |

| 1:07.0 | And you're going to do that from anywhere between one and three minutes. |
| 1:10.0 | You'll take a period of time, which is about a one- one to one ratio of working out for one to three minutes |
| 1:15.2 | resting for that one to three minutes and then repeating those exercises whatever it is for that |
