All right, fun question only because we have a specific term for this in the health

industry and we call this the weekend warrior program or just weekend warriors

in general it's people who go Monday through Friday not exercising and then basically just blow it out in the weekend.

They do like two hours or three hours of exercise whether it's like, you know, playing squash or
