| 1:07.0 | If you're asking this question, I'm assuming that you are not maybe feeling your best or that you're kind of plateaued in terms of |

| 1:17.9 | So I would say is this, you always have to start from a baseline and what I mean is you're either going to run a food sensitivity |
| 1:24.6 | test so it's a simple at-home test where you literally just prick the finger |
| 1:28.4 | like you would for like a drop of blood for a diabetic okay you're gonna fill up a |
