I'm Steve Cabral, Board certified naturopathic doctor, and we are answering your training Thursday questions.

0:20.0

So let's get right into it. The first question today is, so Cassie asked, is there a best time of the day to lose weight?

0:29.0

And so it's a good question. So I guess I'm trying to understand if the question means is there

0:35.4

best time of the day to work out? Does your body lose more weight at certain times of the day?

0:40.4

So I'm going to try to answer it from a little variety of areas and hopefully that answers your question overall and if it doesn't of course just ask it again how you meant it.

1:14.4

work out first thing in the morning because if they're able to then there is

1:18.0

nothing else then can take that priority and get in the way during the rest of

1:21.6

the day. If you plan your workout

1:25.4

for after work, well what if your family needs you or what if you have to stay at work longer?

1:29.3

What if a dinner pops up? Any of those things could derail you from that.

1:33.0

So one nice thing is of course if you are working out with a training partner, a personal trainer, a friend,

1:38.0

whoever it might be, you might make an appointment or a commitment to them.

1:41.0

And then of course you have that commitment.

1:42.7

I think that's obviously a great thing as well.
