Today the U.S. House of Representatives held a major vote.

I rise today in support of H.R. 7521, the Protecting Americans from Foreign

Advisory Controlled Applications Act. The bill would force Tik-Tock's

Chinese parent company to sell the platform or face a permanent ban.

This is not an attempt to ban TikTok.

It's attempt to make TikTok better.

Ban the foreign ownership and control of American data and stop apologizing for the Chinese

Communist.

The bill is passed and without the objection the motion to reconsider is laid on the table.

For years, politicians have threatened the ban Tik-Tock, but each effort eventually died.

This time, there appears to be more support than ever been.

This is the most bipartisan it's ever been.

And it was 352 to 65.

That's a blowout.

Yeah, that's an overwhelming majority. They, oh my goodness, they really got a

majority in this vote. Like that was a very decisive victory for the folks who wanted to ban

Tik-Toc. That's our colleague Georgia Wells. I feel like the journal
