Anna Walker. She is the founder of House of CB. If you guys don't know her story, it is so

incredible. She actually started this brand when she was 17 years old, which is so crazy to

think about. But this is a time pre-social media, pre-everything direct to consumer. So she really

was one of the first people to build a direct to consumer brand the way that she did, that she

has maintained that. She has since then launched a second brand called Mistress Rocks. So we talk

about her two brands, House of CB's workflow from the sketch to production, how she knew it was

time to take her brand international, and the challenges of staying true to your brand identity.

And then what I think she does a really good job at is creating products for her audience,

and really targeting them with her marketing, social media, photography. She just does such an

amazing job, which is why she was named on the Forbes 30 under 30, which is so well deserved.
