He's been a busy afternoon, especially with this Greg Sankey affidavit filed with the NCAA.

We continue with your phone calls, and we have our legal eagle, William, from Maryville.

Sounds like an official knighting of the kings of the roundtable.

What do you got, William?

Well, Paul, I'm going to disagree with you.

I think that, number one, I think that the NCAA has taken a really big risk with the

Sankey affidavit.

And let's get down to the basics of a court ruling every technically every court order

is based on certain facts that the court finds to be true right and the law that it finds to be

applicable and then the conclusion of putting the two together.

Now, if I'm Betty Akko's lawyers, and they've probably already done this, I am filing a motion

to strike that affidavit because Greg Sanky's not a qualified expert so as to give his opinion,

and judges, every judge I've ever known, the last thing they want a lay witness to do is tell them how to rule.

And in that last paragraph of Zaffidavit, now let's back up another minute.

You know, if this case is truly based on you know unfair

application of eligibility rules then the NCAA could parade somebody in there that says well

in Joe's case I made him eligible because of this or in Bob's case because of that and that doesn't

apply here with Bettyaco.
