expected, but still the interpretation of it is very interesting. According to Heitner,

the EO simply says to pay-for-play payments are improper and should not be permitted by universities.

So nothing new, but this president is not your garden variety

chief executive Dellinger shared with us what Charlie Baker had to say the

interpretation of that was fairly interesting in other words I'm Charlie
