Because I think if Republicans are smart,

it will be the single biggest thrust

of the campaign for members of the House, the Senate, and the presidential candidate going into

November 5th.

There is a feeling that the rule of law has collapsed, that chaos has run amok, that we are in danger.

And I'll get into some polls and some data.

I'm not talking about minor crimes, talking about carjackings and murders.

And you look at a case like this.

Democrat Louisiana Governor John Bell Edwards has pardoned 56 inmates

between October and December of this year,

including 40 individuals incarcerated for murder.

That was the Fox story this morning.

56 inmates, he pardoned on his way out the door as the new governor takes office, 40 of them

convicted murderers.

A smart Republican campaign would go out to those family members of the people who were murdered.

It's very powerful when you talk to the mother of a murder victim.

If they have children, if they have a spouse,

it's very powerful to see the anguish in their face. It's not
