Before we do that, let's go one more time about Alabama and basketball.

They are at Florida, tough game, obviously Sunday, then A&M at home, and then on the road

to Auburn.

That's a busy stretch. And in the midst of it all, a week from tomorrow, there'll be a hearing with a new judge about Charles Betiaco. Michael Costa Grande covers a lot of stuff for A.L.comcom including this story. Michael, thanks for the time.

Let's get right to it. Just your assessment of everything that has happened up until this point,

the wise, where did this come from? And how much are you buying into the argument being offered by the university? Good afternoon. Hey, Paul. Yeah. Hey, it's quite a bit. Fascinating time.

Always something with Alabama, always something with Alabama basketball back in the courtroom.

It's a fascinating case. I can, honestly, I can see both sides of it.

I'm going to split down the middle.

It's real easy to scapegoat with this one.

But it's kind of one of the things where I think given an impartial judge, putting it and maybe taking it out of this venue, I would see them having trouble winning this case,

just given the NBA factor that signing

the NBA contract with being different from some of the other pros who have come through

and have gotten their eligibility granted.

But it's in a Tuscaloosa courtroom, so we'll see what happens.

If, for whatever reason, it goes against Betty Aco, what is going to happen to the games Alabama won?
