Really exciting to get that feel that Seahawks football is back.

It's a simultaneously very short and very long portion where the NFL isn't here, Brock, because it's become a year-long entity.

But I'll tell you what, at that time over these last six weeks where nothing's happening football-wise, now that drags.

You can really feel it when mini-camp ends until right now the start training camp comes

along.

Yeah.

Imagine if you're in a market like South Chicago, Denver, where you have no baseball

either, Anaheim, like where there's not a relevant team, a contending team, a team of great dudes, a team with stars that Cal Raleigh has become.

Like, imagine being in one of these markets without baseball during that six-week stretch.

It is.

And they actually have baseball. I know you're joking. But you could be in a city that literally doesn't stretch. It is. And they actually have baseball.

I know you're joking, but you could be in a city that literally doesn't have a baseball team. That's nothing to talk about. That too. And it's almost worse if you are in a city and your baseball team is just totally irrelevant. And they don't, right? I mean, it's just, then it's like, oh my gosh, I can't, I can't bring myself to talking about them. And fortunately for us, we got the Mariners.

And as we said to kind of open the show, man, this little two-week stretch with the home run derby, with the All-Star game, with the draft, with, you know, sweeps of Detroit and series wins. Like, man, the mojo and the momentum is really never been better than over the last couple weeks, I think, for this team.

And it really added to it yesterday because I think it became real. It officially became real.

Kate Anderson was there. He was in the building. He signed his contract. I almost interrupted the

proceedings. They did it upstairs in the front offices, a sweet area that they have. And I kind of

walk through unintentionally not knowing what was happening and then realize, oh, that's why everyone's here. And then you saw Kate Anderson down there,
