There's been a lot of news that we've been tracking throughout the course of the show.

Let me just hit a little bit of it with you right off the top. Jim Jordan potentially could become Speaker of the House, Ohio

Congressman. You have heard him many times on this program. They are bringing it to a floor vote

tomorrow at noon Eastern. It is possible while we are live on this show that we could have a new speaker of the House.

Republicans seem to be coalescing around Jim Jordan.

I want to give you the latest on that.

He's down to only needing around 10 votes.

That's all that have not endorsed him publicly.

We are going to be talking with Julie Kelly.

There has been a gag order imposed by Judge

Chutkin in Washington, D.C. on Donald Trump for his criminal trial against Jack Smith, which is

presently scheduled to take place on March the 4th. This gag order raises all sorts of complicated

legal issues.

And if you are a young person out there listening to us,

and I know there are a lot of you, a lot of the rush babies continue to listen in their cars,

and you're interested in the practice of law,

I can tell you as a sitting attorney that truly so many of these issues that we are facing and are going to face over the next year, not only with Donald Trump, but also with Joe Biden in the classified document investigation, which appears to be picking up attention that Robert Her is conducting as the Independent Council with Hunter Biden,

with pardons in general.
