How about right here in Atlanta, GA, where the weekend is underway.

One of the biggest weekends of the year, Labor Day weekend, is alive, Syracuse and Tennessee tomorrow.

Games all over the country, including Oxford, Mississippi, where Georgia State takes on the rebels.

That's where we find Cole Kubrick. Cole, great to see you again. I hope the summer's gone well. And what are the rebel fans, coaches, and players saying about the season? Well, you're referencing basketball? Paul, I'm here in the pavilion. Is that not where we're going today? We're going to talk about Chris Beards team.

Yeah, exactly.

No, it's, I'd tell you, I had meetings with Lane Kiffin and his staff today. I was a little taken aback at how positive the vibes are inside that building. We all know about the draft picks that are going to be gone on defense. The draft picks are going to be gone on offense. the skill positions, Jackson, Dard, Trey, Amos on defense,

Walter Nguyen on defense.

They feel like they have some players that can be comparable, not only to them from a skill set perspective, but that have also been in the scheme for a few years, which technically you didn't have that with Prince Lee Uman, Mieland and a couple of the others last year. So there are some positives coming out. Now, there are a few things they think that they might not be as good with, say, quarterback direct run from a power perspective, but Austin Simmons is a young man that everybody's excited to see. I mean, this could be the incumbent as far as SEC quarterbacks that could really come in and steal the show. I think he has a chance to have an outstanding season, great skill around him and obviously a couple of brilliant offensive minds that are helped dialing up the plays.

It's going to be fun to learn a lot about this team, and I think that's sort of my thought process for the weekend, Paul, is just learning about all these football teams that we technically don't know anything about and some of the coaches don't know much about either. Well, speaking of that, we're two and a half hours away from kick in Waco, and I know you'll be watching that game, as we all will.
