Third hour Clay Ann Buck kicks off right now and we wanted to survey a bit of the political landscape as we come back from our various Thanksgiving

I had a very blessed Thanksgiving. I had a great time up in New York with my family up there

and as then I discussed we ate too much. I will say I think the thing that I probably overindulged in the most

Sweet potatoes with with with marshmallow on top.

Oh, that's good.

The problem with that is it just becomes like an everything sauce.

You can mix that in with, mix it in with your green beans, mix it in with your turkey,

taste good with everything.

So that was the direction that

I went and if you what was the one thing clay you were like I probably should

put the spoon down now I've oh this is this is a perfect thing buck so I walked with my 15 year old.

We were going to go to the gym on Thanksgiving before we ate.

Went to the gym, it was closed.

So we were walking back. Everybody else, by the my wife was doing the turkey trot so they're way

healthier they're running like the 5k or the 10 k like a lot of people do all over the country.

Can you tell everybody that your wife and my wife get up at 7 a.m. in Florida to go work out and

Clay and I are like texting about, you know, over coffee about what we're going to do on the show.

That's true.

It's 100% accurate.

And they're gonna live 25 years longer

than both of us, too.
